Billing
Unless otherwise negotiated in advance the following apply:
Policies:
- For web hosting services, payment is due at the start of the
service period.
- For all product deliveries, payment is due at delivery (if we
deliver it) or prior to shipping (if it is shipped to your location).
- For all services other than web hosting, payment is due upon
completion.
Methods of Payment:
- Check drawn on a US bank
- PayPal payments also accepted. (E-Mail address: ebay@missionsupport.net
Frequency of Payment:
- Service requiring a monthly payment (web hosting or service contracts),
may be paid with either:
- a monthly check (allow at least 4 days mail time).
- a preauthorized monthly credit card charge.
- A discount of 2 months will be given for an annual payment on web hosting
and service contracts.
Cancellation of Service:
- Cancellation of service prior to the start of services will qualify for a
100% refund.
- Bills for cancellation after services have commenced but prior to the
agreed upon time period will be calculated as follows:
- Partial months of service will require payment for the whole month.
- Any waived charges, such as setup fees, will become due.
- Service may be cancelled without refund for violation of the Acceptable
Use Policies.
